Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. "Hotel was well placed for an overnight stopover. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and well appointed however the shower was a little small for me. The only real disappointment was the breakfast - it doesn't live up to the photos shown on the Expedia website - you have a croissant and a pain au chocolat on a plate, a small glass of juice and a coffee ... that's it."

"Première réservation avec Hôtel.com. Extrêmement déçu, les 2 nuits nous ont couté 40% plus cher que le tarif affiché dans la chambre. Nous n'avions pas encore connu cela avec d'autres sites de réservation en ligne. De plus nous pensions être dans un hôtel or il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte réservée plutôt à des pèlerins, literie en mauvais état. Accueil strict, poli mais sans considération normalement attendue pas des touristes."
