I struggled with the entry and exit of the parking garage (I'm not very tall and had problems trying to insert the unusual shaped key into the lock from inside the car) Also maybe an automatic door opening to exit the garage would be much better."

"This place is a great place to stay with good facilities and with no fuss. I had everything we needed for a short stay. Very affordable and comfortable accommodation with a great view of the marina and Hastings river if you get a pool facing suite. We didn’t use the restaurant as we have family in town and are with them. Sleeping wise and location is spot on. A little out of the way from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. Perfect."

"Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process."
