"Room cleaning was a poor standard, the same dust gathered in the corner was there all week. The room door was very difficult to open, staff were notified however nothing done about it"

"Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."

"Motel posing as a hotel. Cheap bedding and linen. Cheap noise insulation (you hear everything in the hallway and outside the hotel). Cheap breakfast offerings. Desk staff unhelpful as soon as you have a problem to solve. Short stay, budget a major concern, no vacancy in hotels nearby? Then maybe consider. Otherwise, pass."
