Not the best bed ever but comfortable. No lift so a few stairs to climb to the top floor. No problem for a non-disabled person. "Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people."

Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly. Hotel is a little isolated so you really have to have a car to stay there, but very happy with my stay and would happily stay again. "
