"An Oasis of Calm in the middle of Tokyo. Situated in the relatively quiet Shimo-Tikazawa neighborhood, and on a pedestrianized street, the Mustard Hotel was a lovely relief after a day of facing Tokyo crowds. You can sit on the expansive terrace and watch locals walking their dogs, riding their bikes. The coffee bar, which provides the breakfast is great, and the bar, open in the evenings was also a laid-back treat. Rooms are not huge, but everything is very clean and modern, and the staff was more than helpful on several occasions during my stay. Excellent choice!"

"difficult to find the actual location and no clear instruction specially how to get there exactly from shibuya station and asking around is useless since Japanese doesnt even know the name Hotel Mets, one Japanese guy said they dont know this hotel and it turns out when I look up around saw a building with a big sign "JR East Hotel Mets" just staring at us, just unfortunate I asked a wrong person, anyway we were able to finally checked-in 2-hours after getting out of the train station"

"Great hotel right at Shibuya Crossing and close to the train and bus stations, which made commuting very easy. The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful, and it’s very family-friendly. A great place to stay for first-time visitors to Japan."

"The beds were very clean and staff were very polite and kind to foreigners. The 7-11 across the street was not as stocked as others, but the Lawson and Family Mart down the street weren't far and had better selection. It was very convenient to be right next to the station and had many food options nearby. It's great if you just need somewhere quiet to sleep."

"Fantastic hotel!! Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great, there is an entrance to the train station right outside the front door. Also, the front desk will hold your luggage after checking out. Really fantastic and comfortable stay, 11/10 stars!"
