"The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the main square for the Christmas Market in the winter and lots of restaurants, cafés and bistros nearby. We arrived early in the morning, and while I room wasn't available until around 2 p.m., the staff stored our luggage and made the gym available to change. Breakfast everyday was fresh, with lots of variety."

"Everything was great! When I signed in the staff was very helpful getting me registered in and set-up for an early departure. The breakfast had loads of options and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient! I travel to Toulouse frequently and I will be using this hotel again! Thank you!"

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would request a room on a quiet floor if you want to sleep well, further away from the terrasse. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work so the air in the room was stale and dry. It would be tough in the hot days of summer to stay with this issue - which others have commented on. However, I would stay here again in cooler temps as it was within walking distance to most areas."

"Overall this was an ok hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The price was affordable. I will say the breakfast I felt was a little limited for the cost associated with it but it was fresh and good. The room we had the water closet was honestly incredibly small and as someone 6’4” it was difficult with the door closed. They did limit the heat and area conditioning so rooms were a bit stuffy. Location was about 2 longer blocks away from main shops and restaurant area and very short walk to the train station. But in a safe area. Hallways were a bit dark. If you are on a budget and looking to use Toulouse as a base camp to travel to different locations in the area I would say this is a great spot otherwise you many want to expand your search on other options. "

"The hotel is very convenient to Blagnac. If you have to walk from the terminal to the hotel (or vice versa), it's about 1 kilometre or 10 minutes. I liked the restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast is good. The room was clean and the bathroom good. The vibe is casual and relaxed. The mattresses are very hard though."

"Hotel is in a quiet area. A side street a minutes walk away from Jean D’Arc bus terminal. It’s in the City centre but you wouldn’t think it. Close also to a metro station and main attractions are walkable. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Reasonably priced too."

"Very clean, spacious room. Surprisingly well-appointed kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Not in the city centre but not too far away and very close to the airport (10mins in an Uber). Supermarkets and a couple of eating options nearby but it's mostly a residential area. Great value for money."

"The room and property itself were nice. Staff was excellent and check in was easy. The kitchen area is small but everything needed was provided. A two burner cook top, a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was fine but it is fitted with a heavy duvet, which made the room too warm for sleeping. And the pillow was too puffy and uncomfortable. Of course, these are personal matters and others might find them to their liking. The air conditioning we were told existed when the room was booked did not work. Apparently, the hotel is tied to another property and they would not make my the air conditioning available."
