We had a great stay at the holiday inn, we would return in a heart beat. Rooms, pools and resort were clean and well kept. Staff on the resort was excellent and very friendly. Water is nice and close to the tower chairs and cabanas were accessible early in the morning.

The Holiday Inn Aruba had a terrific location. We were waterfront on a beautiful strip of sandy beach and turquoise waters. The restaurants on site provided decent food and a selection of dining options. The only negative was a lengthy checkin procedure. It shouldn't take that long to check in. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back.

Our family encountered an unprecedented situation when our flights got grounded and needed a place to stay. The hotel made sure we had a place to stay and we felt safe and valued. The location is amazing. You can’t beat the ocean right there as well as an outdoor shopping plaza 2 minutes away. Our favorite place!!

The place is ok, clean. The cleaning service was good. Some of the employees and servers were nice and friendly. As adults traveling with no kids, there are not many amenities. The gym was small with a few machines, some of them were broken. The pools were not big and always full of young children, I couldn’t use the pools but even once. Not worth to get all inclusive; it’s expensive, you have to make reservations in advance for dinner in the restaurants, and food was good but not variety. Love Aruba, buy I don’t think I would go back to the same hotel. if I do, I wouldn’t get the all inclusive.

Great location. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. One issue I guess would be the temp of the hotel room. You can’t adjust the room temp to be any colder than the preset temp. But I like my room to be as cold as I can get it. It was not a problem just an observation.
