Stove ....dirty around the edges, had to scrape the grease and dirt myself to clean, so i able to cook on it. 3. Curtain in bedroom torn and dirty, and difficult to slide the sliding window. 4. No security or any screen on the bedroom window. 5. Bedding.. pillows thin, uncomfortable, need to be replaced 6. Toaster... small, old looks burnt and un hygienic. Good things are.... excellent...

"Kids pool was great. Big pool to cold for me to get in. Room was really good. Had everything we needed.Even though we were close to the beach couldn’t see it. But that was ok. When we come again may request a room with a view. We were happy there as close to beach and cafes. "

"King safari tent was perfectly located with river views and spacious for us . Lots of grassed area with soccer nets for a kick of a ball . Jetty for a fish and fire pit for toasty fire of an evening .pool and play area a hit for families with kids. The tents bathroom screen and under the bed and in the nitty bitty areas that are generally out of sight was filthy caked with build up of dust . The inside of the tent canvas hasn’t seen a wipe over for a while . Bar and cafe staff lovely and...

"It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again"
