"The pool was always out of towels. It was very dirty with food and garbage all over the place. The outside lighting didn’t work, and the pool gate only worked half the time. We would get stuck outside the pool with no way to get in unless someone came to help. The rooftop pool is only for 18+ so we were stuck using the dirty pool area, even when the rooftop pool was empty. Our room had a vent that connected to another room and we could hear EVERYTHING they were saying/doing. The room itself was nice and very clean, however many of the lights didn’t work. It was advertised as walking distance to Disney and the convention center, but it wasn’t close at all. Parking is $47/night, which is a huge added expense. Overall, we would not stay here again. The staff was pleasant, but the experience was frustrating. "

"I booked a room, and when I got to it, the room had not been cleaned since its last use. However, the front desk said it was the last room available and the cleaners had already left for the day. The hotel said they had canceled the booking from their end and that I would get a refund, advising me to find a different hotel. I did get my refund from Expedia this time, but I just found out the hotel never canceled the booking and is sticking to a no-refund policy. If I had believed their lie and hadn't checked my credit card record, I would have been scammed."

"The staff were friendly and nice, it’s not far from Disney and the area was clean and felt safe. Large parking lot. The only issue I had was the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors next to you and the people above you walking around."
