"Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again! "

"Excellent place if you like to be home away from home :) Nice area, close to city center, helpful staff. Everything went smoothly. Hotel employees made sure we had good transfer from and to airport. Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds, and amazing view to the city & mountains. If we visit Tbilisi again, definately coming back to this place. "

"Everything was great except for the fact that parking was very difficult. The hotel is located on a very very steep hill and driving up the driveway is very challenging since it is made of very old stone and is messed up everywhere. I asked Alex at the reception about it and he stated they are not allowed to fix the road because of its archaeological significance."

"Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay."

"This apartment hotel is actually located inside an arch door entrance way next to another boutique hotel. Once I found it, everything about the property is as reviewed by other guests: clean, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Good value. I would stay there again."
