"From the outside looking in, the property looked really nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. The front desk said the maintenance person was gone but they could bring me a plunger. They never did. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we noticed blood stains on the bathroom walls. ..."

"Breakfast could have been a little better. The milk was out both mornings we were there with an hour left in service. It was refilled on one of the days, but not the other. And there was something wrong with the apple juice one day."
