A normal hotel inside a shopping mall

You enter the hotell through a shopping mall. Works fine day time but after the mall closes u might need to ring the bell and only one entrance is available. Depending where you are arriving from (train, metro, bus) you might need to go around the whole building to find the only one entrance available at night. Signaling is non-existing. The room is quite average, no luxuries, no extras.

Overall ok, breakfast was good. The down side is parking situation where we have to park on the street (no choice, hotel does not have own parking) with very limited parking slots. On top of that, we have to move our car before 7am (due to some regulations) which means getting up at 06:30am during our vacation where we planned to sleep in. I know the parking situation is probably not within the hotel's control, I wish they would be more upfront or contact us about the parking situation. That said, when we had tl move our car before 7am, street parking were all full. We found a slot after driving for awhile, parked there for 2 hours (7-9am until we checked out) and ended up getting a parking ticket as every street has a cleaning day which varies. Disappointed overall with the parking situation and the need to move the car (parked right next to hotel) before 7am.

Redan när man kliver in i det som kan kallas ”lobby” så inser man att det här är ett lågbudgethotell. Entrén är anonym och ovälkomnande. Incheckningen går smidigt men när vi kommer till vårt rum står det en minikyl rakt på golvet med damm ovanpå. Det är nåt vitt pulver från tidigare gäst på det lilla skrivbordet. Under fönsterkarmen är det nåt brunt ”klet” på väggen. Heltäckningsmattan i rummet har släppt på sina ställen. När vi kommer in i badrummet är det mycket smuts på väggarna och vid sophinken under handfatet är det skvättfläckar över hela hörnet. Vi påtalar detta men då hotellet är fullbokat är det svårt att göra något. Städ har dessutom gått hem för dagen (något dom tydligen gör lite godtyckligt får vi till info). Vi erbjuds en värdecheck i restaurangen till kompensation. Vi tackar nej och jag kontaktar Hotels.com som iaf verkar ta ärendet seriöst. Väl i kontakt med hotellet erbjuds jag först 400 kr återbetalning (natten kostade 2400). Dom höjer sen successivt erbjudandet om återbetalning en hundring i taget tills vi når 700 kr och då jag fortfarande är missnöjd slutar dom svara. Här kan man bo i nödfall och om man inte bryr sig det minsta om skicket på rummet. Restaurangen mycket trevlig och bra frukost samt jättetrevlig restaurangpersonal ska sägas. I övrigt lämnar vår vistelse oss med stor besvikelse och tyvärr, en hel del ilska.
