"Fantastic European breakfast. Croissant and coffee every morning. Desk was helpful with things to do and directions. Listen, this place is on a vaporetto stop. That's worth it's weight in gold. 5 star stay and 5 star treatment "

"Loved the look of the room with exposed beams and roof tiles and the air conditioning!! The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were roomy and there was a view of the canal. Luggage storage was great. It’s true the steps up with heavy luggage were inconvenient but all part of the experience! "

"Everything was perfect. Very welcoming. The location is central, but not in the crowd - so it is more silent and comfortable. Attention with the check in timing. It is not a typical reception with 24h service"
