"Hotel was okay - staff was very competent, professional, helpful. But at least one elevator (of just 3) was out of order. So we ended up using the service elevators… once we found out about them. Windows opened, but would not stay open, and there were no screens, at least in our room."

"Construction is going on inside of the hotel and started at 8 am waking us up from our sleep in a fright.
