"I like nothing it was a horrible experience I’ve stayed in better rooms at a motel 6 , we had to carry our bags 3 blocks just to get to the hotel , the room was old and run down , beds were not comfortable , had no iron or refrigerator or microwave , for the price we paid was not justified, being downtown New York City you have to do better , what was suppose to once in life time experience was horrible stay"
"My partner is handicapped and can not walk so I was a little worried about our stay, but I must say it was all for naught. From the second our taxi arrived a fellow was right there to help transfer my partner into his wheelchair and guide us to the check-in. The receptionist was very nice and politely told us our room wasn’t ready but they would store our luggagand text me when it was. So we went out and had a nice lunch and upon our return our room was ready and we headed to our elevator. That zipped us up and upon entering our room I was very impressed with how big it was.
The room was quite large with a sitting chair and refrigerator, and the closet even had an ironing board.
Our bathroom had a roll-in shower and there was plenty of room to roll around in the bathroom and back out to the bedroom quite comfortably. The bathroom also had safety bars in the shower (as well as a seat) and next to the toilet. Safety is a priority for us and I give the hotel 5 stars for that as well.
Another plus the. Ihotel is in such a convienent location. Don’t miss the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station
as you head out as it is one of the best and certainly iconic a New York institution you will ever find.
So yes, I was thrilled with our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central and will definitely stay there again in September when I return to New York!"
"This POD hotel is great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean beds and bathroom, plenty of towels. Safe and secure. We had a small issue with something in our room and the front desk sent someone up in less than 10 minutes to check it out. Suitcase drop service on check in and out was super. Served its purpose of reasonable hotel close to all the action. Incredible location! One block from the Subway, across from a grocery store, and steps from Times Square.
Would definitely recommend and stay again."
