"Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location. Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied. We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet. Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor. There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free...

"This was the cutest property. It was an older motel that had been remodeled. It was so well done! Great for families. They had activities for families into the evenings. The breakfast was wonderful. So much more than what you normally get with a continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. We found lots of personal items left behind from the previous occupants. There were other issues, but prefer not to go into detail. The staff did not care about this when they were brought up and asked what they wanted me to do. It is not my job to do their job. Stay was underwhelming and definitely not worth the nightly rate we paid for the resort."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Otter Creek Inn. The Only minor complaint we might have was the size of the shower in unit #5 (the only one we know about). If you are a large person that shower may present an issue. Other than that, our week there was great. Dawn, the manager was always helpful and we shared a few laughs with Evelyn over morning coffee. "The location is great for visiting Acadia National Park, but overall our stay was average. The biggest issue was maintenance. Both the bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged and drained very slowly throughout our stay. Bedroom clean doesn't happen daily even we hang the please clean my room sign. Room also lacked some basic amenities that would have made it much more comfortable, such as a microwave, electric kettle, and a small desk. "Staff were so friendly!"

"Loved everything about this hotel -- location and the room itself was so cute. The only issue I had was there was some miscommunication regarding an issue we needed resolved. The reps from the hotel texted back and forth with me about it before we left, but the issue was never solved really. They did call later to try to follow up, but we were already on our way. I did appreciate the effort to follow up though. Overall, a nice place."

"We love the staff at the property!!! Michelle at the front desk made us feel like part of the family. She made sure our every needs were fulfilled and always went out of her way to help us. Dannette is the encyclopedia of the area. She shared her knowledge of the surrounding harbors and we loved all the places off the beaten path she recommended. We normally wouldn’t stay at a motel, but we had a hard time to say goodbye at Anchorage Motel!"
