"Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. ...

"I last minute booked this hotel and 10/10!! We didn’t get in the pool or hot tub but we did see people in the hot tub! The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains! This was my first time visiting Colorado and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I will definitely stay again whenever I decide to come back!!"

"Such a wonderful stay here. The staff was so nice. The bar tender at night Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"Bed and pillows were comfortable enough, bed sheets and linens were clean, fresh and no permanent stains. Room seemed clean but past due for an update and bathroom redo. Worked in a pinch. Not a first choice. Breakfast, as some have said, was interesting."

"It was a convenient location and the breakfast they offered was pretty good. They did not always continue to put out some food items that they ran out of before 9:00 a.m. There was a small candy wrapper on the carpet when we checked in which I left to see if they would vacuum. They did not vacuum while we were there but they did clean the bathroom. One day they did not clean the room so I was able to get clean towels that evening for the next morning. They had a problem with the room keys. ...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very nicely decorated. Amenities included coffee and snacks, free. S’mores for 6 PM to 8 PM. We’re definitely a big ad. Only negative would be that the room was a bit small, but with king bed, it was very comfortable."

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,"
