"There is a welcoming feeling about staying at this motel. They only have coffee to offer guest. There is no area for breakfast. However they have a grill on the property and refrigerator and microwave to use. There are some restaurant that’s not too far from the motel. We would stay at the Jefferson Motel our next visit to Clairton Pennsylvania. Thank you for our stay. Tourist."

"This was HANDS DOWN the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I typically choose this brand of hotels because, for the most part, they are very consistent across the board and I can trust that I'm getting a decent place to stay. That was NOT the case here. The staff and the entire property was IMMACULATE. We were given complimentary upgrades to both of our rooms, which we didn't learn about until after our check in was complete. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Absolutely amazing."

"Was traveling for work just for one night, will definitely be back as I travel to Pittsburgh often. Location was perfect, right in the middle of a beautiful walking district with lots of shops and restaurants. Also, front desk staff was awesome. The young lady who checked me in, I don't think I got her name, but she had blue highlights in her hair. Very friendly and answered all of my questions!"

"Danielle and the entire staff were amazing. From early check in without an extra charge to giving extra towels they went above and beyond. The breakfast is really great and such a money saver, especially in this economy. You should give the staff, especially Danielle, a raise."

"Phenomenal staff! The breakfast was excellent. My complaint is, I was on the ground floor, and there was a mild mold problem with the room I was staying in (Room 111). I had a scratchy throat when I woke up the next morning. Fortunately, I was only there for a very short time, but it would not be tolerable for more than 2 nights. I believe the issue was bad enough to dock 1 star. However, if they cleared the mold, this would be an easy 5 star review."
