"The pool was enjoyable but hallway/stairways smelled bad "

"My overall stay was excellent, and the service, atmosphere, and overall vibe truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and well thought out. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and created the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. From the food to the spa and all the way down to the pool, everything exceeded expectations. The dining options were consistently enjoyable, the spa experience was relaxing and well-managed, and the pool area was one of the highlights—clean, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority throughout the resort. The only downside was with the Privilege service package we booked. It included butler service, but we were never properly assigned one because, during check-in, we were not given full information on how to access that service. We also were never informed that Privilege included one special meal experience, so unfortunately we missed out on that entirely. That was disappointing, especially since it was part of what we paid for. The majority of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful, with only a few exceptions who seemed like they may have just been having an off day. Overall, the experience was still wonderful, and I would absolutely stay again—especially now knowing how the Privilege service works for next time. "

"This was the best resort we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to a ton of islands. From the entire staff- the customer service was amazing. The most polite, friendly and attentive staff. The food was AMAZING! The drinks were top notch also! There was so much to do at night from shows at the piano bar and over on the family side which the adult side had access to. There was also a night club and sports bar if you didnt want to stop your night after the 9 pm shows. Every single room has an ocean view and are spacious, modern and very clean. The entire property is a photo opportunity. We will absolutely be returning back and for longer next time! Thank you to the entire staff, this resort gets a 5+ star review rating from us!"

"The property is amazing, our room was a swim out and it was perfect. We would open our balcony and just be in our pool. All the other pools are also perfect! The beach is not wavy and very warm water. The food is really good. But if I need to choose one thing, that would be the staff. They are very adorable, really want to help and make sure we are happy in there. Very friendly. In the dinning section for breakfast and lunch Jada specially was amazing. Even when she was not directly serving our table, she would come to say hello and give important tips about Jamaica. I’d recommend this place 100/10. "

"Everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was super attentive; everyone was so welcoming! I've stayed at many resorts in JA, and I really do not like the food in the all-inclusive, but this one was top tier. My housekeeper, Natoya, was the sweetest since sliced bread. The hotel Manager, Mr. Higgins, is very courteous and welcoming! Overall, 10/10!"
