Rooms are clean and modern, very comfortable. Instant hot water and great pressure in the shower. Front desk staff is very friendly and always very helpful. The hotel offers text message alerts for northern lights and thats how we saw the most spectacular display during our visit.

Personally my rating 10/10 specially the staff they’re so helpful and courteous. Overall perfect! Coming back to Longyearbyen, Svalbard for another trip I won’t hesitate booking again to this hotel and would recommend to my friends who are travelers too.
