"I was visiting family in the area and needed a place for the night. The Colonial House Motor Inn was perfect. The room was fresh, extremely clean and very comfy. It had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was laminate flooring throughout. It was an excellent value and I would happily stay again when I am in the area. "

"Overall the property is very good. The rooms are clean but the furniture is outdated and there are some flies in the room. The view of the lake is amazing and very quiet."

"Centrally located and close to the historical centre of town on a large private and beautifully landscaped lawn. The only thing that people should be aware of is that it is near a train track. It didn’t bother me but if you’re a sensitive sleeper they do provide ear plugs."
