"I was very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. I would definitely stay here again."

"Make sure if booking extended stay, it is communicated with the hotel. Imagine securing an additional night, you are out and about come back to your room and you are locked out with a do not disturb sign on your door. Then to be verbally berated for “not checking back in”, because the front staff did not communicate that. If this was communicated, because we were “reassured this would be, with a note put on our file, and that we would not be displaced from our room” well this was not done! Front line staff should not be so condescending towards guests making them feel to “be the problem”. While one front line staff was very accommodating, the other front line staff was confrontational and condescending. I don’t think we will stay here again."

"We had such a fun time at Hard Rock hotel and casino. The room was beautiful, clean, with a very comfortable bed, and lounge chairs. We were very impressed with the entire property and will be going back again!"

"Transports parked in parking lot, had to listen to back up alarms and air brakes as they tried to maneuver as I was trying to sleep. Uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Over priced for what you get."
