"Friendly staff, but only one doing check-in at a busy time. Neighbouring room was very close and walls a bit thin, so not so quiet. Air conditioning/heating was on automatic and no remote to change this. TV worked, but connection to internet had issues and then casting was not possible. Conveniently location for taking buses into city and out to Eden Park. Kitchen area was good, but we had five people and only four of everything. Parking was expensive and hard to get car into/out of parking...

"Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine"

"Fantastic stay just outside Rotorua. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom was perfect for us with car park outside our unit. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My favourite place to stay! There’s so much to love about it. I always feel so warmly welcomed by the staff who work there and am surprised they remember me from previous stays. The rooms are spacious, modern and so well designed. The grounds are beautifully maintained and every room I’ve stayed in has a lovely outlook. I also love the continental breakfast that’s included in the price. The fresh fruit this morning was exceptional! I’m never disappointed ♥️"

"Everything was great. For what we paid for it. Didn't had water in the fridges kitchen was nice washing and dry was great to have. No smoking areas that the front doors. Either than that's. Give you 3 star 🌟. I been Thurs alot of Quest hotel. Best one, I have been is Napier and Tauranga. So far"

"Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills."
