"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. "This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. "Staff at reception and concierge were great Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were clueless First room they gave us was a shoe box with a screw drilled into the window so it wouldn't open. After compiling we were shown a better room which we had. The style of the hotel makes it feel dated not modern. The breakfast was good but the staff in that department were as if they were from Mars they had no hospitality training and could be better replaced with traffic cones."
