"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which...

"Nice and clean room with good amenities. Upon arrival, I was told I was placed in their sister accommodation as I wasn't in communication with the host on the days prior. Our room was located directly above a busy roundabout on a dual carriageway. I believe this wouldn't usually be a problem, but due to the extreme heat and with no aircon or fan we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we couldn't sleep at all because of the sound of the traffic. "Me and my friends stayed for a couple nights and were so pleased with our room. The executive room was perfect as we could enter late at night without interrupting anyone, had a kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, and a fan to survive the heatwave. The host was easy to contact and we were greeted on arrival by Rodika who was lovely. Will definitely be opting to stay here again."

"I did not like the property. The from was damp and had a musky/damp smell. The staff at the checking desk was rude and lack on the customer etiquette. Be aware of false advertising. A not NO!!!!"
