"They don’t have bay view they have construction view and also the construction starts at 7am with a lot of noise. They don’t explain anything about the amenities no water for the guests. Don’t recommend it because they don’t disclose the noise and the view from the construction "

"Staff was very polite, hotel gives water and cookie. Room was super big. Much better hotel than Sole thats 4 star next door. Esp young man at the beach, he let me use beach chairs on my checkout day, brought me towels and was super polite. Hotel next door didnt even put beds out because the weather wasnt great. Id 100% chose Hilton DoubleTree over Sole Miami."

"Had an issue with the people next door smoking on the balcony and having the smoke come into my room so I couldn't enjoy the balcony and when I told the front desk, not once, but twice, they said they are not allowed to knock on their door. Parking was valet only, and there was no free breakfast. The free cookies were good, but the hotel didn't offer enough for me to want to stay and enjoy the amenities. I went to the beach instead and used the ameneties of a nearby hotel instead."

"Once I walked in the room, there was a roach on the bed. The room was disgusting. It was a last-minute booking found something close, but I regret staying there once you walked in the room. The room had an awful moldy smell. I had to put $100 deposit don’t know why I still haven’t received my hundred dollar deposit. The lady in the front was a little bit rude, but I guess it’s for the area but the area should be better Service"

"The staff were very friendly, which was a highlight of our stay. However, overall the hotel did not meet expectations. We had difficulty reaching anyone by phone for bellhop service, and with so many floors and guests, getting assistance was challenging. The property itself feels quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, and the pullout couch for the kids was in very poor condition and not suitable for sleeping. The room also had some issues—the floors were slippery, and the carpet felt damp. Elevator wait times were consistently long, which added to the frustration. The kids’ soccer field area was also quite run down. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
