The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "At first glance I was a little skeptical but the room we had was very spacious and clean. Thought price was very good especially since it had a small kitchen in it with sink, larger fridge and microwave so if you were staying an extended time would be useful. They do not include a breakfast and they did not have anything set up in the lobby for coffee or tea. They did have a water dispenser for hot water. Pool area was very nice. They have restaurants attached but we did not use them. You can walk thru the parking lot to gas station to get coffee, breakfast items etc. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not far from the airport, about 15 minutes. A little farther from the beach than expected and the beaches along there seemed like it was hard to find parking for. Staff here are very friendly. Parking is included so no extra fee for that. "

"Horrible, do not trust, cost over $1k extra, gave chance to fix, latins took car in middle of night while asleep, next morning another car in spot, damaged vehicle plus messed with higher responsibilities in area, much proof, police involved because they are so dramatic, bad and selfish people"

"Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention "
