"We love the Palmer House! This is our “go to” hotel when we travel to Chicago. It is close to theaters, concert halls, Michigan Ave with museums, restaurants, parks, etc. The hotel lobby is incredible! A great place to relax, have a beverage, people watch, and enjoy. "Tiny, no-frills room. Great for a short stay in Chicago. Had a few minor issues with the room. The router light located in the bed room is fairly bright which may be an issue for those who struggle to sleep in a room that isn't completely dark. The AC unit in the room I was given was also not working (which for me didn't end up being an issue as it was fresh outside, so opening a window did the trick. "OK, first the good stuff. This was our second stay, for 3 nights, and the hotel is really well located, walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would expect.
