"Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol."

You land late at night from North America and your room is very hot & the only sleep Option is a thick duvet, Almost 80 degrees last night & it took a few hours for the room to cool down. It is also very expensive. Especially for an airport hotel. They compensated by offering a free breakfast. I had a latte and made it to my next flight. This has happened well over a dozen times."
