"Front desk didnt speak English and took forever to check in. Nothing states that you have to pay overnight for parking or you will be towed other than the signs in the parking lot upon arrival. Parking is $20 a night. Continental breakfast was a joke. Half stale mini muffins and yogurt. Hot tub was broken and hotel was under construction. Had we known this at all, we would have booked somewhere else. Will not stay here again."

"We loved our stay for the most part. I would have given everything 5 stars but the pool closure (for cleaning) was not communicated and was then not opened when we were told would be. This led to a disappointed kiddo which is who the entire trip was for."

"Clean hotel next to the airport. Big, quiet room. Hotel could use a larger snack/to go food section - after a very long travel day and getting in late at night, there was almost no selection of snacks to buy."

"The property was clean and well maintained and located near restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and no additional fees. The hotel was quiet at night - we did not hear noise from other guests. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable."

"It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have more electrical outlets and/or modern device chargers available in the room. There were very few electrical outlets, and of those that were available, two were so loose they were unusable -- the plug would fall right out as soon as you let go of it. There were some old-style USB charging options, but most devices don't use that style anymore, so unless you bring your own adapter, they aren't usable."
