"We spent our 5th anniversary there. The furniture in our room had seen better days, which didn't matter to us, other than that everything else was really good. There was a bartender in the lounge on Thursday night 6/11 with a unique name which I can't remember, who was great! We got in late, and decided to have a couple drinks before bed. He made us feel welcomed, and was fun to talk to. He seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back next time we are in the Superior/Duluth area."

"The toilet seat was very loose, difficult to use. Shower drain very slow. No smoke alarm. TV had 2 remotes, neither one wanted to work. Desk clerk couldn't figure out the TV. Very noisy in the hallway outside my room from 11 pm to 1 am.
Cost was $20 higher than what the Expedia reservation stated.
Will not get my business again"

"Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!"

"Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay but seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast needs-seemed everything was empty at the same time. Came down at different times during stay and this seemed to be an issue.
