"Great stay overall! The hotel is quiet and very clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was very affordable for what you get. Even though there’s no elevator, everything else more than makes up for it."

"The room was amazing and clean, the breakfast was filling and great variety. Our only complaint is the incidental fee of $100. Yes it is refundable but it is not posted anywhere or through the booking under fees. So it was a surprise that this was owed. Then it was to be refunded at checkout and we haven't seen that as of yet."

"The first room I was given had ants crawling all over the air conditioner unit…nope, not doing that. The desk clerk changed my room and went with me to check on it, it was better until it came time to turn on the TV…unconnected, the remote buttons didn’t work and I went to call the front desk for help, the phone didn’t work either. I walked to the office, the clerk called some staff person to come figure out the TV, but that person never showed up. I called them twice to find out what was happening (I used my cell phone to call the main number) and got no help other than “she’s busy and will get to you” but no. Very annoying!"
