"Only thing stopping a full five star review was the closed restaurant. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking instead of after I paid . "
"The property was very quaint and the room extremely comfortable and the food was lovely unfortunately the staff were incredibly rude and inhospitable which was very disappointing as they seem to be the owners. I would stay there again to try it one more time as the property itself was lovely and great location."
"Had a 3 night stay here- great value for money especially if you can get the theme park tickets and breakfast included. Breakfast was busy but as we got there early we never had to wait. Stayed on the first floor in the park wing and it was great being able to walk straight out to the pool. We had dinner one night at Melrose and another at the Lobby Lounge bar- food was great in both places especially the Nutella pizza from Melrose. Would stay again! Just be aware that due to current tram line...
"For us the best part was the whales. We were able to see them from the comfort of our bed and of course from the balcony.
The 3 days we were there, we woke up to the "morning whale show". It was simply beautiful.
The place is well located:
restaurants, pubs, supermarkets beachfront. Beautiful beach although we went in winter and as Floridians, we avoided the cold waters 😂.
The living room is spacious. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Washer and dryer that worked well.

"Great views from the bedrooms and living area. A good sized balcony with outdoor seating, was enjoyable to relax. Loved the layout of the apartment, if it was a group of 3 or 4 the bedrooms arent next to eachother offering privacy and space. Appreciated the tv/entertainment options in the living and master room 🙌 Overall would book this apartment again for the convenience into surfers, transport, dining and the beach front. "
