"The front desk is the worst in terms of customer service. We would not recommend checking into this hotel as it was hands down the most unprofessionally rude experience we had. The hotel is run down as well and the receptionist room smelled like a dirty laundry… which was another red flag. We would not recommend this arrogant hotel"

"The second floor, ocean-view suite is worth the extra money! Rooms are neat as a pin, and the gentleman who has checked us in every time we have stayed is simply delightful! Rooms and lobby decor have a mid-century modern vibe, and if you get a suite, you will have 2 huge bathrooms! I cannot rave about this place enough, and it’s a quick walk, bike, or drive into the action on Commercial Street….but then back to the peaceful ocean view when you want to recharge. "

"Ok for the price. Pictures advertised are a bit exaggerated. Definitely small. Outdoor seating was nice but infested with bees. My biggest complaint is there is nothing close by at all. And if going on the off season it is hard to book an uber or lift and even on off season (may) the Ubers/Lift were over $20 for a 5 min ride to commercial street after a long wait and taking a chance of not even finding one. The bed was comfortable. The heat and air worked great. Nice little kitchen area. Shower/bathroom was very tight. But you get what you pay for. Really can’t beat the Price all in all."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Brass Key Guesthouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant place to stay."

"The stove had the incorrect size burner coils for the burner drip pans so the burner was not sitting level. The can opener was broken and had no handle. Floors were dirty with dead worms on them. Thermostat for the main living area was broken and would not turn on. Dishwasher was disgusting inside. "

"We absolutely loved our cottage, we stayed with our daughter and dogs and especially having a porch was great to clean everyone before they come in. The cottage was beautiful and clean and had everything we could ask for , the property was super clean , the area going to the beach offered chairs , grills and beach chairs and umbrellas. We would def love to stay here again. 6 min frim provincetown. Super convenient. Great walks on the beach with the dogs in the morning. Thank you we loved our stay."
