"Front desk staff totally incompetent. I booked and paid full amount through expedia in Nov. 2025 for end of March 2026 wedding. But the hotel staff first could not find my booking. Then just gave us 1 room. Then charged me for almost $700 as deposit and told me it would not really charge me just hold it. And today I found it was posted on my credit card statement. Hotel is a more traditional building but comfortable enough. AC kept the room cool although did click on and off during the night which could bother a light sleeper. Shower good pressure, supply of hot drinks in room was a nice touch. Would stay again if the price was competitive "
