"We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

The elevator was also very sketchy, and the latest inspection posted is from 2019 with specific highlights to mandatory upgrades required by 2020. The keys to our room also didn’t work when we got there but the staff fixed it in a prompt manner. "

I hope management will fix it BEFORE it stops working altogether. Staff was caring and helpful. I would like to see house keeping focus on details a little closer. Tops of hanging lights in the lobby are dirty and visible from second floor when waiting for the elevator. Corners and edges of the elevator floor had build up debris. Entry door to the pool...
