"Our stay in Cleveland was really nice. The comfort at this location was amazing. Very quiet. Some of the workers were rude, but we didn’t let that take away from our vacation time. They do hold $75 each day that you stay, for incidentals, this was not mentioned prior to reservations. Just be aware. Valet was very quick, but rude. Very clean and quiet."

"The only negative comment that we have is that the woman who is servicing breakfast both days that we were there spoke on her phone almost the entire time. She walked around the area talking loudly and clearly there was no emergent need to. It was annoying and it made her less approachable. The concierge James was very very helpful.
