"Clean room"

"The house was cute and just as described. Staff and property management were amazing. Requested additional towels and blankets at 10:30 pm and they were delivered at 10:40. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited and no water pressure to speak of. Also sofa bed was broken and tilted badly making it difficult to sleep on. No salt pepper or oil so come prepared. "

"Checked in around 7pm so didn’t meet anyone but the room was spotless and I think the shower was the best ever!!"

"The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check...

"Loser's Lounge was pretty nice...otherwise, very smoky check-in with a grumpy check-in clerk. The smoke-free area was decent... no hotel drop off...had to carry heavy bags from parking lot..."
