"Fantastic location in Manly with great amenities nearby!
I recently stayed at The Sebel in Manly and had a wonderful time. The property is in a truly prime location! Just a heads-up for future travelers: the hotel sits right behind The Peppers, so you don't get a direct view of the ocean from your room. However, the beach is only a few minutes' walk away, where you can take in the beautiful sea views.
The surrounding area is incredibly convenient. The main road is lined with plenty of great eateries and pubs. I highly recommend trying the in-house restaurant at The Peppers next door—the food there is absolutely delicious and very affordable! It does get quite busy at dinner time, so it's a good idea to book a table in advance. If you're visiting over the weekend, the Saturday Markets are just a short walk away and definitely worth checking out.
A few quick tips on getting here and parking:
• By Ferry: If you're taking the Sydney Ferry to Manly, it’s an easy, flat walk to the hotel that takes less than 10 minutes.
• By Car: There is no free parking available. Street parking is all metered, or you can use the hotel's secure car park for around $40.
Overall, it's a brilliant base for exploring Manly, and I would definitely stay here again!"
