"Very tight room. Air conditioning in the hotel hallways, but none in the room. Parking somewhat inconvenient around the corner and paid for separately. Staff was nice and breakfast decent."

Should be a service they would give customers, and NOT charge extra for. They also keep you on waiting for a very long time, and you will be charged the whole time. Did try to call reception while I was right at the reception desk just to check. There was available staff at the reception but I got stuck in waiting line at the phone, and the phone did not ring at...

"Nice place. Reception was very cold and not helping about lunch. We ended up in Urheiluopisto to eat. The sauna world and the spa facilities were very relaxing and enjoyable. Made us enjoy our stay... "

"Spa closed at 16 on sundays. Check before you book if you expect to use the spa Room looked like a old hospital room, no deco. Breakfast was dull. Beautyfull location though"
