"Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"4 days i have to walk around both towers because the doors on the hallway connecting east and west tower were closed. Than I paid 70 dollars a day parking and there was no spots many times garage was closed and I had to park elsewhere."

"Incredible location. There’s a reason this hotel has continued to thrive after decades in downtown Chicago. The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. Amazing staff, cool restaurants onsite, perfect location and incredible views of the river and downtown architecture. The lobby was bustling at all hours but was well staffed and managed. My kids and wife...

"Clean, spacious room. However loud being near common areas. Small, crowded pool. Breakfast/ bar area also crowded. But loved the location and the hotel itself was pretty and memorable for the kids"

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."

"The room did not meet cleanliness standards, and the desk agent indicated recent challenges with housekeeping. While the hotel offers various amenities, mandatory fees not disclosed on Expedia were encountered. The accommodations appear dated for a four-star establishment. Although the lobby presents attractively, this aesthetic is not consistently reflected in the guest rooms. Consequently, I would not consider a return visit."

"It was cold when we stayed so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the outdoor amenities, but it was very easy to park. Get our hotel and a nice place to rest."

"This is a nice hotel in an excellent location near the tourist attractions and high end shopping. The front desk might have been a little under staffed. The breakfast area and a seating area are on the second ("mezzanine") floor. The room was clean and modern. Most of my point off in the rating was due to the noise level. The AC unit was exceptionally loud and noise did carry easily from room to room. Breakfast was the usual for this type of hotel."
