"Staff upon arrival was amazing. Valet was amazing beginning to end. However there was some of the female staff that were very rude when asking for directions. Housekeeping did well. No complaints :) "

"Rooms are a bit dated, & could do with decor update. Be aware if you’re on the ground floor….you will hear the noises from the above floors! The ceilings & walls are very thin, so you will be able to hear noise! Not a good at all! I had to request a room change due to the noise! But overall stay was okay. "

"The pool area is simple but nice. The cafe has good food. The coffee is good. Park is expensive in my opinion."

"The views from our room were excellent. You could see the iconic Hollywood sign and the Griffith park observatory. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a good workout. Finally the pool area was a very pleasant surprise with it’s outdoor garden vibe."

"The pool is VERY misleading. We sacrificed room space because the pool looked amazing. No food. No bar service. Much smaller than appears. Closed during the day 12-2 without notice. Came back for “golden hour” on a Tuesday after 5.00 only to be told “not Thursday yet”. Stay for the location. Not the pool or rooms. "

"The room was spacious and well decorated, the bed comfortable. The pool was small and had little sun, due to the location in the courtyard. The diner was great, delicious breakfast. "
