"The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in....

"Location was great, however the window would not close and the room had a strong smell of urine, stains on the comforter."

"Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop in the building with bagels and pastries (get there early as the pastries sell out fast) The açai bowls next door were great for my breakfast. Loved our clean, spacious room and we made good use of the outside space."

"The cabins were very nice and the beds and pillows comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to close (blackout) the curtains at night as the outside area light shines through the middle of the curtains. There was a sheer curtain on the same rod which prevented the curtain from closing all the way. But a minor thing in the overall experience. It was nice to sit in the glider chairs onthe porch in the morning and sip coffee."

"The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. My nieces thoroughly enjoyed the fresh from the oven cookies the night we checked in as well as the delicious breakfast bar the next morning."

"We had a good stay at this lodge. The location was nice, the outdoor areas were cozy and relaxing, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The property could benefit from some updates, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. We also noticed some mold on the curtains, which should be addressed. Overall, it was a good place to stay, with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable accommodations."

"The room was Ok. The lodging was overpriced. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for checkout. I’m a senior and it would have been nice to have grab bars in the shower. I would not return to the place. I guess I was lured by the photo. I didn’t see anything that resembled the scene shown in the ad for the property."

"Meadow Lake was conveniently located close to town and very quiet in its location. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The bartender was a very cheerful and friendly person. The room was clean and large enough for us to feel comfortable. We were not too far from Glacier National Park West entrance which was the main purpose of our trip. Driving into Whitefish was very close and lots to enjoy there. Highly recommend."

"While we were in our room, the maintenance guy used a key to come in without knocking. He said there was a leak on the floor below us that he had to check our room for. Then that same day while we were gone, someone apparently came in the room and did something in the bathroom and left debris scattered all over the bathtub and counter, and then put our towels, that we had used on the floor. Which would’ve been fine, but housekeeping never brought us new towels."

"Colleen, the manager was extremely helpful. I had to change rooms because the TV was on the fritz and I was in a new room within five minutes from the outside the Motel may not look like much, but the rooms are very neat and clean."
