"Comfortable room, staff friendly at check in/out. Good range at breakfast. There was always a very long queue for the lift to and from the car park so ended up using stairs with luggage."

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"Fantastic hotel in leafy London. Close to Gunnersbury station and very hand do anyone driving to London from the west. "

"The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short."
