"I have been at this hotel several times and I always receive great service until my stay last night when I checked in the lady named Ashley was not friendly I handed her my id in her hand and she put it on the counter when giving it back to me like super rude then when I got in the shower the shower was not cleaned at all I was very disappointed in this stay I normally come once a month and I never complain but this time was awful please get the guy u guys normally have upfront "

"Appreciated the wifi. There was no breakfast, there was a pool....a scary unusable pool. The ice bucket in our room was dirty. Great bed. Nice size room. My husband tripped on the high side of the shower/tub and fell. There was no facial tissue in the slot in the bathroom. We did not get fresh towels until i went downstairs and asked the mgr. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. The elevator smells.funny. the front person didn't answer the bell for 10 minutes when we arrived. The phone number on the nearby biz cards had a bad number. Had to call aarp to call and wake him up. We only had one room key"
