"Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. "Excellent service from check in to check out, rooms were big, rooms were serviced everyday and althoigh i didn't have dinner at the hotel the breakfast was excellent. Managed to use the gym, pool and steam room whilst staying at the hotel. When staying in Telford again i will make sure i book again at the Mercure. Very close to shops, restaurants and even a cinema across the road!"
