Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. ...
