Lovely stay at Golden Triangle Townhouse. I did think all rooms were en suite, but the shared bathroom facilities were good. Lovely and clean and had a great stay. Walkable to the city and bus stop just down the road.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Room comfort
The cleanliness was good, communication was excellent and security deposit returned three days after checking out. However, this is essentially rented rooms in a shared house - the rooms don't have a kettle, a TV or anything other than basic bedroom furniture. The shared kitchen appeared well equipped and clean (I didn't use it) and sound proofing is non-existent - you could hear people making phone calls in other rooms.
Ideally situated accommodation for access to the City centre and an early departure the following day.
Fitted the bill perfectly.

Met the owner once. Owner and wife seemed friendly. Never met staff. Room was ok. The first room was too far up and away from the toilet. I was moved to a second room close to the toilet. I think too many people use one toilet. There was no laundry machine and I had to stay three weeks in the space.
The place is nice, though I never used the kitchen but there is a good kitchen space.
People who visit need more rules, especially acting quietly around the apartment. Some people were really noisy, banging doors and using the toilet without closing the doors. Speaking loud and generally making noise.

The room was really nice and comfortable and the building itself is really nice and it’s close to town. However, I have a big complaint because for some reason the same room (number 2) was given to me and another person despite it saying my name on the system. The person was moved but that only happened because another person cancelled, if that didn’t happen I would have had to sleep in my friend’s house.
Wonderful landing spot in Norwich! Clean, bright, spacious, and cozy room, calm and friendly atmosphere, and super kind, responsive hosts. Great location too; easy walk to the city centre, but peaceful and beautiful residential neighborhood.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AT ALL!!!, Absolutely abysmal experience here with this stay. The description says ‘no pets allowed’ - they do allow them. Due to check in being all virtual, no one can actually check to see what is occurring in person. Someone who was staying in the property had 2 dogs, to which I originally booked stay this in alignment with their ‘no pets policy’. I am allergic to dogs and have asthma, which affected me during my stay. My chest was tightening and felt unsafe, however I had no choice to stay due to no transport and no money to spend. As soon as I could I was out of there early morning. I then contacted Expedia who very kindly got in touch with the property about this. However, the property could not care less about their guests experience and failing their duty of care. I tried to message the property privately, again nothing at all. They can blame this on me not contacting them straight away, however with this being at night time, no one there at the property, I felt very anxious for them to ring up all people within the property to enquire about this, leading people to point fingers for waking them up at myself. Secondly, security is no thing with this property. We turned up to another “guest” arguing down the phone to someone who worked over the phone saying they couldn’t get in, to the person on loud speaker guessing the person is a guest with no proof and let them in quoting ‘I hope you are who you say you are or I will be in big trouble’.
