Bedroom was nice and clean and useable, separate bathroom ok but stairs inbetween inconvenient. Only continental breakfast available so well hidden in the information or invisible until you get there! Parking was not as described as very limited, parked on street as ok on the weekend but not available during the week.

We had a really friendly welcome on check in - I was really hot and bothered from the drive so I was given some cold water straight away to help me cool down. We were given a really lovely room which made such a difference. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom lovely. It was so convenient for the city centre and we were able to walk there in minutes. The staff were so nice, it really made the difference.

Was a lovely clean very comfortable room would definitely stay again minimal breakfast as kitchen was closed so paye for breakfast at the hotel as cheaper than on line...every penny counts 😁

I have been twice to the hotel the double room with shower is ok and the service at breakfast is nice that visit went well. however the second visit, the single room has no bathroom or toilet and the shared one was dirty, it was so noisy overnight the staff were talking at 2am then so noisy all night, I was in the single room and the double room man next to me I could hear him snoring and speaking as if he was in my room. I won't be back. Nobody to greet on arrival at 9pm and nobody to speak to at 7am on leaving.

I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others.
