"A localização é boa, o pessoal da portaria é bem educado e a estrutura é bem equipada. A questão é que todo Share não possui uma boa limpeza, já fiquei em mais de um e esse (apesar de deixar a desejar na limpeza) foi o mais limpo. Não entendo porquê deixam o exaustor do banheiro lotado de poeira, bastou eu bater a vassoura que caiu tudo. A cama era desconfortável, além de ser cheia de lombadas, a cabeceira fica em cima de quem dorme, para garantir não bater a cabeça na cabeceira, precisei dormir...

They never answered so I went on the checkin day to the property, the guy at the building did not know who I was or which appartment I reserved. He did also not have the checkin information. They did not reply the whole day, neither mail or telephone, so I could not enter the room and had to find another hotel in the evening after hours of waiting in the lobby of the building... most ridiculous and...

"The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."

"The flat is absolutely not what is promoted on Expedia. I rented the flat for my family of four because on Expedia it said that it is suitable for 4 people. However, one of the beds that the flat offers is a sofa-bed that is completely broken. Alongside this, the flat was totally dirty when we arrived. Clogged sink, clogged toilet, dirty floor, and dust everywhere. They describe that they provide bath towels and bed sheets, but they are the WORST quality possible. The owner does NOT talk to you...
